Our Leadership
R. Henry Construction, a longstanding company, has been in operation since 2004, with some owners and employees with construction experience dating back to the mid 1990s. The company is owned by Rich Weyhe, Tim Paulsen, Rob Paulsen and Troy Bramer. All owners are active full time in the business on a daily basis.
R. Henry Construction employs an experienced staff of project managers, drafting / design specialists and other professionals. Additionally, the ownership team is invested together in a number of related businesses, including the Mankato Design Center, a variety of subdivisions and other businesses ventures.
RICH WEYHE
Principal, CEO and Co-President
Experience:
20 years in the construction and development industry.
Education:
B.S. in Business Admin & Finance, Minnesota State University – Mankato
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning, Finance, Computer Software, Business & Land Development, Marketing and Sales, and Residential New Construction.
Fact:
Rich worked in the Banking/Finance industry for 15 years before forming R. Henry Construction.

TIM PAULSEN
Principal, Project Manager and Co-President
Experience:
28 years in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Project Management, Scheduling, Estimating, Sales, and Customer Service.
Fact:
Tim’s construction knowledge is wide ranging and he is always working to create the best product possible. Put simply, for any questions regarding structural integrity or building quality, Tim is your first resource.

ROB PAULSEN
Principal, Millwork Lead, Project Manager
Experience:
25 years in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Trim Work and Built-ins, and Project Management.
Fact:
Rob is a certified Marvin Window Installer and specializes in interior finishes and custom millwork such as fireplaces, lockers, and bookshelves.

TROY BRAMER
Principal, Structural Foreman
Experience:
28 years in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Site Supervision, Framing, and Carpentry.
Fact:
Troy is a certified Marvin Window and Door Installer as well as a jobsite supervisor and framing specialist.

MIKE ROLL
Warranty Manager
Experience:
16 years
Responsibilities:
Warranty Management and Customer Service.
Fact:
Mike is the president of the Crystal Waters Project and was awarded 2015 Blue Earth County Conservationist of the year.

LISSA MEYER
Office Manager, Bookkeeper
Experience:
23 years
Responsibilities:
Run the Office Professionally, Bookkeeping, and Billing.
Fact:
Lissa is a member of the MN Valley Sweet Adeline’s chorus. Lissa is extremely organized and has the capability of taking on countless tasks around the office and will always greet you with a smile.

BRAD STINOCHER
Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Site Supervision and Exterior Carpentry.
Fact:
Brad has extensive training and experience in many areas of construction. Additionally, he is a certified Marvin Window Installer. Brad is a long time reliable R. Henry Construction Employee with seniority among the field crew.

PAUL BODE
Millwork Specialist
Experience:
17 years
Education
B.S. in Business Management/Computer Science
Responsibilities:
Interior Finish Products (Cabinets, Doors, Trim, and Custom Built-ins) and Site Supervision.
Fact:
Paul was a general contractor and worked at a cabinet shop before transitioning to a finish carpenter with R. Henry Construction. Paul has extensive cabinetry and millwork experience.
What do you enjoy most?
